Total trade fair area: 4 053 кв.м.
Questionnaire of Visitors: According to the rules of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) about the lead through of exhibition audit on an exhibition measure with the number of visitors from 5000 to 20000 persons must be polled no less than 500 persons. According to marketing research that was help during «LABComplEX - 2009», exhibition was visited by 5 097 of specialists, this satisfies the requirements of The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI).
Geography of Visitors
According to marketing research geography of visitors covered all regions of Ukraine, Crimea and also there were visitors from Russia, Belarus, Moldavia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Germany, India, Iran, Italy, Canada, USA.
Percentage wise quantity of visitors from different regions of Ukraine was 68,9 % - Kyiv region, other regions was 29,82 %, foreign visitors- 1,28 %.

Visitors according to branches of industry
Visitors of the exhibition were specialists of different branches: science and education – 20,60 %, laboratory medicine – 15,53 %, food industry – 5,13 %, pharmaceutical industry – 3,44 %, chemical industry – 4,62 %, ecology - 4,29 %, engineering – 4,98 %, other branches from 3,8 % to 0,11 %.

Official distribution of visitors was as follows: 49,96 % - specialists, 28,98 % - managers of departments, 18,52 % - company managers.
